US /UK/DE/China Warehouse. According to your location and the quantity you buy, we will choose the suitable Warehouseto dispatch the package for you. Normally If the item location is US/DE, and your location is US, We certainly send out US/DE Warehouse. If your Location is other Country, We will ship from China Warehouse. 
Delivery time as below: 
Customer in US area And Item also in US:2-7 working days.
Customer in US area,But item in China:7-25 workinding day
Customer in DE area And Item also in DE: 1-2 working days.
Customer in DE area But Item in China:5-10 working days.
Customer in UK area And Item also in UK: 2-5 working days.
Customer in UK area ButItem also in CN: 5-10 working days.
 

Customer in Most of Europe area: 7-15 working day
Customer in South Africa/CA/AU area: 10-15 working days.

Customer in Brazil/South America area: 30-50 working day

RETURN

*1.We offer 30 days return policy, But Please make sure the item can second sell. Goods must be unused in its original box and packing according to eBay policy 

*2 If the item is damaged during the shipping or can't work fine, We can make your full refund or send you replacement for free.

*3 If the item you can not install promptly, It is ok if you ask the refund, But you need pay the sending and return shipping fee.
